• Original passport valid for at least 6 months + UAE Residence visa valid for at least 3 months
• 2 Recent photo (passport size) – White Background
• NOC from your company (Salary Certificate) or above and addressing to “Royal Thai Embassy – UAE
• Optional | Trade license copy for Investor or Partner visa
• Covid Vaccination Certificate Approved by WHO
• Copy of confirmed hotel reservation (ASQ – Alternative State Quarantine)
  • Make room reservation directly to the AQ hotel, when you know the date of entry to Thailand.
  • Hotel will inform related authorities at airport and will pick you up from the airport on arrival date/time.
  • Names of Passenger including family names must be included in the hotel confirmation.
